We live in a culture that offers the appearance of hyper-connection while leaving our actual lives deeply isolated. We can easily broadcast our whereabouts, share our opinions online, and swap surface-level pleasantries in church lobbies without anyone ever truly knowing us. We carry an innate need for a “circle of sufficiency”—a space where we are fully loved, supported, and not left to navigate life’s heaviest moments alone. Yet human relationships, as vital as they are, eventually reach their limits. Spouses, friends, and small groups cannot carry the absolute weight of a human soul. Only God, who eternally exists as an abundant, self-giving fellowship of Father, Son, and Spirit, provides the ultimate, unbreakable circle of sufficiency.
